The Ops Manager's mission is to empower businesses, particularly in hospitality operations, to achieve operational excellence. I provide tailored solutions focused on maximizing efficiency and streamlining operations to drive growth across various sectors.
Starting my journey in the hospitality industry as a Kitchen Porter for a 3-star Michelin rated restaurant in the Kent countryside at the age of 15, I then worked my way through University behind bars at local pubs and nightclubs, continuing this path after graduation. As I stepped into management roles in both independent and national brand pubs, I began to experience the breadth of hospitality operations. This included becoming a cocktail bartender in the vibrant Leeds cocktail bar scene and later a restaurant manager for a 4-star hotel in the stunning Lake District. My first GM role was at a renowned deli-pub in Surrey, where I focused on maximizing efficiency and streamlining operations. After moving back to Kent, I took on another GM role and eventually became the Landlord of a village-owned community pub. Following a brief period in education and training, I have been proud to serve as the Operations Manager for an award-winning wedding and events company for over 5 years. Now, I am committed to ensuring operators have all of the opportunities and tools to sustain and grow their businesses.
